  London Drugs is one of those stores to visit if you want really good quality make-up or perfume. The seasonal stuff is worth a browse too. I usually visit for the post office.

  I went to this branch last night to return a life brand humidifier and it was pretty disheartening. The manager asked me about when was it bought and if I have the receipt with me. First and for most life brand is life time warranty. What I don't understand is why the manager does not even know the return policy when it comes to life brand. I was so surprised when the manager told that they only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and beyond that I'll just call the manufacturer. So we left and told my husband let's try another shoppers. There we went to other branch nearby. No questions asked!! I got my life brand humidifier returned.

  Awkward, return a defects brand new thermometer and was told by the manager: can't return because the package wasopened, ridiculous if it not open, how to know it defects, and he also said shopper's not tajing any responses for the product they sold, have to contact the manufacturer instead, what the point.
