- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So disappointed- Was calling to see if a specific item was in stock, and spoke several times to a VERY helpful person, Justin. Even though he couldn't get me what I was looking for, he was very polite in checking and letting me know. I called back and spoke to an employee by the name of Vivian. Still didn't have the item, but she seemed to take satisfaction from the fact that she "couldn't" help me. Only after asking specific, leading, questions could I finally dig out the information I needed. Information she could have readily provided in the first place, but couldn't be bothered to. Because she mislead me, I wasted a trip, and missed out on what I was looking for. If that's customer service, we are better off without it. Thanks for nothing.by kMarch 07, 2017
