- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Inhumane experience with pharmacist!!! Spent the evening with my young child at children's due to a second severe allergic reaction where 911 had to be called to medicate him immediately... throat closing major swelling.... left the hospital with a mandatory epipen prescription that he needs to have on him at all times to save his life!! Save his life!! 10 min before closing the pharmacist says he can't full the prescription for my child and tries to send us back to calgary... he spent more time arguing with a mother terrified in tears and tryingn to send me back to calgary to get it than it would have taken him to fill the prescription for my boy... went to the front counter as I was leaving... the 2 lovely ladies one being a manager called him and asked him to fill the precipitous for the child.... I was out the door before 12:05am knowing my son would be alive in the morning because he had his medication.... the parmacist didnt even tell me how to use it on my child.... he told me to youtube it later and was more worried about the 0.30 cents i owed for the balance..terrible customer services to a crying mother from the pharmacist but thankful the manager and young cashier were supportive! I wish this terrible experience on no one or someone they love ever!! My the comments below I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with this same pharmacist!! Someone needs to do an employee evaluation on this man. They are there to help our most sick and vulnerable not turn them away scared for their child's life!!by Jodi NOctober 31, 2017
