- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the most wonderful clinic I have ever been to! I went here weekly for months for physio when I had really badly sprained my ankle. Dr. Karin Kaufmann is incredible and helped my ankle get back to 100%! Also, the receptionist Katie is one of the kindest, most welcoming person I've ever met and is so amazing with handling everything in the office and really making clients feel at home! My partner and I have also gotten massaged multiple times with Simer who is fantastic as well. Would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much for everything! xoby Jenna PealowJune 22, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It has been the worst service I have experienced so far.My massage therapist Simer Dhaliwal at the optimum wellness centre-Associate located in Airdrie was extremely rude and non co-operative.She did even answer my questions about direct billing as if she is doing me world's greatest favour.Leave that apart, she did not even know her skill.She massaged me so aggressively that my muscles started aching even more and the problem got worse......TERRIBLE service.....I am never going there againby Namrata BDecember 12, 2016
