- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came to Bow River Hearing in Airdrie as a result of a continuous ringing in my ears. Due to circumstances beyond the control of the staff, there was a scheduling conflict and myself and another person were booked for the same date and time. Shannon was very accommodating and made it work for me to have a full hearing test and consultation despite the double booking. Heather conducted my hearing test and consultation and was extremely helpful and patient answering the myriad of questions that i posed. She truly cared about my hearing and coming up with a solution for my hearing issue.
